The online Registration for the L.K.G Classes would begin between January 6th and 21st 2020.
The details ol online registration of L.K.G. will be displayed on the School Notice Board in the first week of January 2020.
2 Feb. 2020 is the day kept aside for the decision through the system of lucky draw. Registration forms would be put into a closed box, about 300 would be drawn out of it, in the presence of parents.
With the increased emphasis on girl’s education, it has been decided to set aside 130 seats for girls and 170 seats for boys. In case there are not enough girl candidates, the seats will be allotted to boy candidates.
The selected students would be called to meet the teachers along with parents.
Registration will be done and admission given on the basis of the number of seats.
Children who are between the age group three and half to four and a half as on April first are eligible to seek admission.
Principal’s decision will be final at all cost.
The parents should not accompany their wards to the classes specially in the morning except on Parents’ teachers’ meet.
Admission to other classes will be restricted only to transfer cases for which registration begins on April 5th and closes on 8th April. (If seats are availaible only).
To seek admission to class Xl. it is mandatory to procure good grades in (Science and Maths together) in class X Examination for the science stream.
(The decision of the Principal will be final.)
The Admission dates for the class Xl with the corresponding break up percentage is being given below.
22nd June 2019 - CGPA 7.8 to 10.00
23rd June 2Ol9 - CGPA 6.4 to 7.6
25th June 2019 - lf seats are still available.
If any of the dates mentioned above fall on a Sunday or any other holiday, consecutive days would he taken into consideration.
ADMISSIONS to classes I to XII, will have to submit their COUNTFR SIGNED T.C. within 10 days of their Admission. In default of which, their Admission stands cancelled and the seat given to the next on the waiting list.
